& Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the btjii platform — Bangladesh's English-language online casino and sports betting service. By registering an account or using any part of the btjii platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility Requirements
All players must be aged 18 or above and must be accessing the btjii platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. Players in Bangladesh must comply with all applicable local obligations.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one btjii account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Bonus Fair Use
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated in their individual offer terms. Bonus abuse, including matched betting via coordinated accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btjii login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved by btjii.
Right to Refuse
btjii reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by btjii as part of a promotional offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the Player must wager the bonus amount thirty times). |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process btjii uses to confirm that a Player is who they claim to be and is of eligible age (18+) to use the platform. KYC may require submission of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identity document. |

| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any action by a Player that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, and any form of bonus abuse. |
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use a btjii account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. btjii reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending age verification.
- Identity: You must be a real, natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
- Single account: You must not already hold an existing btjii account. Each individual person is entitled to register only one account on the btjii platform, regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register or use a btjii account.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion restriction, either applied voluntarily through your btjii account settings or applied by btjii's responsible gaming team. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these terms.
- Accurate information: All personal details you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and contact information — must be truthful, accurate, and current. btjii is not responsible for consequences arising from a Player providing false registration details.
btjii conducts age and identity verification (KYC) at account registration and at the point of any withdrawal request. Players who fail to complete KYC within the period requested by btjii will have their withdrawal requests suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. btjii may also require additional KYC documentation at any time at its discretion, including for account reviews or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct.
Players are responsible for ensuring that use of the btjii platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. btjii makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing btjii from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Account Registration
To access the real-money features of the btjii platform — including game play, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires no deposit to open an account. However, a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 is required to activate certain welcome bonus offers.
Registration process: To register a btjii account, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid mobile phone number, and an email address. You will select a unique username and a password of sufficient complexity. By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and btjii's Privacy Policy.
Account credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your btjii username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. btjii will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately via your account settings and contact the btjii support team at [email protected] without delay.
Account activity and dormancy: A btjii account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. btjii may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed by btjii at its discretion.
Account updates: It is your responsibility to keep your registered account details accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or contact information must be submitted to the support team with supporting documentation. btjii will not be held liable for failed communications or misdirected payments resulting from outdated account information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
btjii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions on the btjii platform are denominated in BDT, and no currency conversion is applied to player funds. The following payment methods are currently supported on the btjii platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by btjii, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your btjii wallet in real time — typically within 10 to 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on your card issuer's processing time. btjii does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which btjii accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the btjii finance team within two hours of submission during BST business hours. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the Player's KYC verification must be complete and the Player's account must be in good standing with no active investigations or pending bonus wagering obligations on the relevant funds.
Withdrawal conditions for bonus recipients: If your account balance includes bonus funds or funds generated through wagering with bonus credits, those funds remain subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal of real-money funds only, with bonus funds remaining locked in the account until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus offer expires.

Declined transactions: btjii is not responsible for transactions that are declined by your payment provider. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your btjii wallet, you must contact btjii support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the relevant payment provider confirmation. btjii will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within two BST business days.
Anti-money laundering: btjii is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for financial crime. btjii may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension pending investigation. btjii reserves the right to report suspected financial crime activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Bonuses & Promotions
btjii offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup periods. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and form part of the agreement between btjii and the participating Player.
General bonus conditions: The following conditions apply to all btjii bonuses unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts in good standing only. Players under active investigation or self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or wager with bonus funds.
- Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state that it is a recurring or repeatable promotion.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon bonus expiry.
- btjii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a Player. Once a bonus has been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will apply.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the English-language version of the offer terms as published on btjii.net at the time of the promotion will be the authoritative reference.
Bonus abuse: btjii employs automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating bets with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, exploiting technical errors or display errors to claim unintended bonus credits, and any other behaviour that btjii reasonably determines constitutes manipulation of its promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, btjii reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Player's account, and withhold any balance pending further investigation.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
The btjii platform offers a range of gaming and betting products, including but not limited to: slot games, live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), fishing games (All-Star Fishing), bingo (Pearls of Bingo), and sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international sports events. The specific rules governing each game type are determined by the game provider and are accessible within each game interface.
General gameplay conditions:
- All game outcomes on the btjii platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software supplied by the respective game providers. btjii does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or server error during a game round or sports bet, any affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be paid out.
- Sports betting markets are subject to the official result of the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a disputed or voided official result, btjii's sportsbook rules will determine settlement, and btjii's decision on such matters is final.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or the sportsbook betting slip and may vary by player account level, game provider, and promotional period.
- btjii reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a display error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet.
Responsible gameplay: btjii provides a suite of responsible gaming tools directly accessible from your account dashboard after login, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion options. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the btjii platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use a btjii account by any person under the age of 18, or providing false age information during registration.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one btjii account, whether under the same identity or under different identities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
- Collusion: Coordinating bets, game play, or account activity with other Players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including chip-dumping in live poker or table games.
- Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser automation, or any other software to place bets or play games on the btjii platform without human interaction.
- Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or coordinated use of offsetting bets designed to guarantee a risk-free return at btjii's expense.
- Chargeback abuse: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately received and used on the btjii platform. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account closure and legal recourse.
- Hacking and interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to btjii's systems, to exploit software vulnerabilities, to reverse-engineer game logic, or to interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Money laundering: Using the btjii platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial crime scheme.
Account Suspension & Closure
Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your btjii account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two BST business days. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering requirement status.
btjii-initiated suspension: btjii reserves the right to suspend access to a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) a KYC or anti-money laundering verification request has not been satisfied within the required timeframe; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player; (d) the account has been flagged for unusual activity requiring investigation; or (e) btjii is required to do so by applicable law or by instruction from a regulatory authority.
btjii-initiated permanent closure: btjii may permanently close a Player's account where: (a) Prohibited Conduct has been confirmed; (b) the Player is found to be under 18 years of age; (c) the Player has provided materially false information during registration or KYC; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to btjii. In cases of permanent closure due to Prohibited Conduct, the entire account balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at btjii's discretion following investigation.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a voluntary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion prevents all login, deposit, wagering, and bonus participation for the duration of the exclusion period.
