btjii Privacy
Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains in plain, formal English exactly what personal data btjii collects from players in Bangladesh, why we collect it, how we use and store it, who we may share it with, and what rights you hold over your own information. We encourage you to read this document in full before registering or using any part of the btjii platform.
SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and btjii's servers is protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We do not transmit sensitive personal or financial data over unencrypted connections.
Access Controls
Access to personal player data within btjii's internal systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All team members with data access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
No Data Selling
btjii does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own independent marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate the btjii platform and improve your experience.
Right to Erasure
Subject to legal retention obligations, you may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting btjii support. Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt and confirmation of identity.
Defined Retention Periods
btjii retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations. Full retention schedules are described in this policy.
Cookie Transparency
btjii uses cookies for session management, analytics, and platform performance only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Full details are provided in the Cookies section of this policy.
Data We Collect
btjii collects personal data from players through several touchpoints: account registration, identity verification (KYC), deposits and withdrawals, gameplay activity, customer support interactions, and general browsing of the btjii website. The categories of data we collect, along with the specific data points within each category, are detailed in the table below.
| Data Category | Specific Data Points | Collection Method |
|---|---|---|
| Identity Data | Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, national ID number, passport number (where provided for KYC) | Registration form, KYC document upload |

Data we do NOT collect: btjii does not collect full card numbers, CVV codes, or card PINs. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor partners and is never stored on btjii's own servers. btjii also does not collect biometric data, racial or ethnic origin data, religious belief data, or any other special-category personal data beyond age and nationality as required for KYC purposes.
Data provided voluntarily vs. automatically: Identity, contact, financial, and verification data are provided directly by you during registration and KYC. Account activity and technical data are collected automatically as a result of your use of the btjii platform. Communications data is generated through your support interactions. You are not obliged to provide any voluntary data, but failure to provide mandatory registration or KYC data will prevent you from accessing the full features of the btjii platform.
How We Use Your Data
btjii uses the personal data we collect solely for the purposes listed below. We do not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with the original reason it was collected without first obtaining your explicit consent or updating this Privacy Policy.
- Account creation and management: Identity and contact data are used to create, manage, and maintain your btjii player account, including verifying your identity at registration, processing password resets, and communicating account-related notices.
- Age and identity verification (KYC): Identity and verification data are used to confirm that you meet the 18+ age requirement and are who you claim to be, as required by our responsible gaming obligations and anti-money laundering commitments.
- Processing deposits and withdrawals: Financial data is used to process your BDT transactions via your chosen payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard), to resolve transaction disputes, and to maintain accurate financial records.
- Delivering gaming and betting services: Account activity data is used to provide the games, sports betting markets, and platform features that make up the btjii service, and to ensure accurate bet settlement and balance management.
- Responsible gaming enforcement: Account activity data, including deposit amounts, session lengths, and betting patterns, is monitored to support our responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion enforcement.
- Anti-fraud and security: Technical data, financial data, and account activity data are analysed to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other Prohibited Conduct as defined in btjii's Terms & Conditions.
- Customer support: Communications data is used to investigate and resolve your support requests, complaints, and disputes in a timely manner.
- Platform improvement and analytics: Aggregated, anonymised technical data is used to understand how players navigate and use the btjii platform so that we can improve performance, design, and content. This analytics use does not involve profiling individual players for commercial targeting.
- Legal and regulatory compliance: Identity, financial, and verification data may be used to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, respond to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities, and defend against legal claims.
- Promotional communications (opt-in only): Contact data is used to send you promotional emails or messages about btjii bonuses, seasonal offers, and platform updates only if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
btjii does not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on players without human review. Where account restrictions are triggered by automated monitoring (for example, a suspected multi-account flag), a human member of the btjii compliance team reviews the case before any consequential action is taken.
Legal Basis for Processing
btjii processes personal data under the following legal bases. Each processing activity described in Section 2 is supported by at least one of these bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing that is necessary to perform the contract between btjii and a registered player — including account creation, game delivery, payment processing, and KYC — is carried out on the basis that it is required to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
- Legal obligation: Processing carried out to comply with btjii's legal and regulatory obligations — including anti-money laundering checks, age verification, and responses to lawful law enforcement requests — is carried out on the basis of legal obligation.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and aggregated analytics is carried out on the basis of btjii's legitimate interests in operating a safe, fair, and sustainable gaming platform. These interests have been assessed and do not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of players.
- Consent: Processing for optional promotional communications is carried out solely on the basis of your freely given, informed, and specific consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without detriment to your account status or access to the btjii platform.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
btjii does not sell your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only where strictly necessary for the operation of the btjii platform, and only under formal data processing agreements that require those third parties to handle your data in accordance with security and confidentiality standards equivalent to those applied by btjii itself.
The categories of third parties with whom btjii may share personal data are as follows:
- Payment processors: Your mobile number (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card details (for Visa, Mastercard) are shared with the relevant payment processing partner solely to execute the deposit or withdrawal transaction you have initiated. Payment processors are not permitted to use this data for any other purpose.
- KYC and identity verification providers: Identity document images and personal identity data may be shared with our third-party identity verification partner to perform automated and manual KYC checks. These providers are contractually bound to use the data exclusively for verification purposes and to delete it once the verification process is complete.
- Game and content providers: Game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) may receive your account identifier and session token in order to launch game sessions and record game results. Game providers do not receive your full name, contact details, or financial information.
- Analytics and infrastructure providers: Anonymised or pseudonymised technical data may be shared with cloud hosting and analytics service providers used to operate the btjii platform infrastructure. These providers act as data processors under btjii's instruction and may not use the data for their own purposes.
- Law enforcement and regulatory authorities: btjii may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other government bodies in Bangladesh where we are legally required to do so, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or serious harm.
- Legal advisors and auditors: In the event of litigation, regulatory investigation, or financial audit, relevant personal data may be disclosed to btjii's legal counsel or external auditors under strict confidentiality obligations.
Cookies & Tracking
btjii uses cookies and similar session-tracking technologies on the btjii.net website to ensure proper platform functionality, maintain your login session, and collect anonymised analytics data that helps us understand how players use the site. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or any cookies that track your activity on third-party websites.

No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. | Up to 12 months | Yes — you may opt out via your browser cookie settings without affecting core platform access |

Managing cookies: You can control and delete cookies through your browser's settings. Most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) allow you to view, block, or delete cookies on a site-by-site basis. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your btjii account. Instructions for managing cookies in your specific browser are available through your browser's help documentation. btjii does not use any third-party advertising or retargeting cookie networks.
Local storage: In addition to cookies, btjii may use browser local storage to save lightweight preference data (such as your chosen game category view) on your device. This local storage data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to btjii's servers unless you explicitly take an action that syncs those preferences.
Data Retention
btjii retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law. The following retention schedule applies to the main categories of personal data held by btjii:
- Account and identity data: Retained for the full lifetime of your btjii account and for a period of five years following permanent account closure. This retention period is required to meet anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations and to defend against potential legal claims.
- KYC verification documents: Copies of identity documents are retained for five years from the date of account closure or the date on which a player's KYC was last reviewed, whichever is later. After this period, documents are securely destroyed.
- Financial transaction records: Deposit and withdrawal records, including transaction amounts, dates, and payment method identifiers, are retained for seven years from the date of the transaction. This is a standard financial record-keeping period.
- Account activity logs: Game history, bet records, and responsible gaming tool activity logs are retained for five years from account closure.
- Support communications: Email and chat support records are retained for two years from the date of the most recent communication in each support thread, or for five years if the communication relates to a formal dispute or investigation.
- Technical and analytics data: Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 24 months before being purged. IP address logs are retained for 12 months for security purposes and then deleted.
- Marketing consent records: Records of your consent to receive promotional communications (and any subsequent withdrawal of that consent) are retained for the lifetime of your account plus two years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, btjii will securely delete or permanently anonymise the relevant personal data. Secure deletion means that the data cannot be recovered or reconstructed. Where anonymisation is applied, the resulting data contains no information that could be used to identify you and may be retained indefinitely for aggregate statistical purposes.

Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations that override this right.
Right to Restriction

Right to Portability
Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, you may request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) suitable for transfer to another service.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of btjii's legitimate interests, including any profiling activity. btjii will cease such processing unless compelling grounds can be demonstrated.
btjii will respond to all verified privacy rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case btjii will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. btjii will not charge a fee for processing privacy rights requests unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may be applied.
